Class 3G took us into the world of TV programmes and demonstrated their talents in singing, poetry writing and reciting, sport, dance, gymnastics and history knowledge. They impressed us all – perhaps one day one of them might get a job producing or performing on the TV!

On Monday 4th March, the whole school walked en masse to St Monica’s Church who provide a food bank to our community every Monday. Class 6Y’s assembly coincided with World Book Day, so it’s no surprise their assembly was all about books and how they can inspire and enrich our lives. It was wonderful to hear them sing and act so fabulously and it was evident that they love reading which was heart warming!
On Thursday, we were all entertained by Class 6G’s assembly. They took us to a book Oscars and wowed us with their wide range of reading and technological skills to show case their acting! Very well done to our authors, actors and cinematographers of the future!
Class 6Y are continuing their food technology lesson by making biscuits. They had to measure the ingredients carefully and combine them to make the dough. The finished products looked delicious!

Class 6Y worked with Charley from HCL (Herts Catering Company) this week. They enjoyed developing their knife skills to cut vegetables and make a wrap pizza – yum! Apparently it tasted as good as it looked. They confidently explored different flavours and evaluated what they might leave out or add next time.
