Class 2G Assembly Thursday 9th March

On Thursday we were treated to Class 2G’s assembly. They took us back in time to 1666 to the start of the Great Fire of London, an event which changed the face of London forever. The children told us how the fire started and how Londoners’ reacted to the blaze. They also told us how Samuel Pepys’ diary was very important in telling future generations what had happened. The children looked amazing and spoke beautifully. It was their first assembly and also Miss Galvin’s first!! Well done 2G. See some photos of the occasion here.
